At Thurlow and Bute Real Estate, we are committed to providing our sellers with comprehensive local area market knowledge that is essential for maximizing the potential of their property. Our approach integrates a variety of effective marketing strategies tailored to showcase the unique attributes of each listing.
To enhance the visual appeal of your home, we provide guidance on house preparation for photography, ensuring that your property is presented in the best light. This includes staging suggestions, decluttering tips, and strategies to highlight key features.
Once we have your property listed, we receive, review, and present all offers diligently. Our team is skilled in discussing these offers and negotiating on your behalf to achieve the best possible outcome.
After securing a contract, we take on the responsibility of processing all necessary communication and managing document deadlines, allowing you to navigate the transaction with ease.
If you are interested in discussing your property with our firm or would like more information on how we can assist you, please reach out to us.
Comparative Market Analysis
We provide all of our clients with a current market analysis of their property. Even if you are not listed on the market, Thurlow and Bute Real Estate will continue to review values of your home and update you on any market changes. If you would like to request a comparative market analysis for your property, contact us to get us started. Comparative market analysis reports are complementary to our clients.
NAR Settlement Rules Change
Effective August 17th, 2024, the offer of compensation field will be eliminated from the MLS. Compensation will no longer be permitted in any fields, documents, or media within the MLS. However, seller concessions, if offered, will still be allowed in the MLS. This change aims to ensure clarity in property transactions. Listings will be adjusted accordingly to comply with these new guidelines.
